so gut wie JEDER M103-Eigner kennt den Spass... leichter bis stärkerer Ölverlust (so genannte Verlustschmierung) am Bermuda-Dreieck des Motor. <br><br />
Gemeint ist die Stelle zwischen Zylinderkopf, Motorblock und Steuergehäusedeckel - praktisch der Bereich oberhalb der Lichtmaschine.<br />
<br><br />
Er wird auch gerne als <b>Sollsiffstelle</b> bezeichnet (eine Wortkreation von heppsen):<br />

Was kann nun dagegen tun?<br><br />

Hier nun der versprochene Bericht vom abdichten des oberen Steuergehäusedeckels am M103 (260/300). <br />
<br><br />
Kurz vorneweg: bei meinem Wagen war eindeutig der Übeltäter der Wellendichtring der Nockenwelle, hinter dem Verteilerabschlussdeckel. <br />
<b><br />
Man benötigt für diese Arbeit: <br />
<br><br />
*1x A103 015 02 20 Dichtbeilage 1,95 EURO netto <br />
*1x A018 997 79 47 Wellendichtring 7,59 EURO netto <br />
*1x Hylomar blau Dichtmasse ca. 3 EURO (20 Gramm) <br />
*Werkzeug, Küchenrolle und Handschuhe <br />
*Abschliessend einen leckeren Kaffee oder ein Bier.. ;) <br />
<br><br />
Zunächst einmal demontiert man den Verteiler, Verteilerläufer, Verteilerläuferhalter. Nun die Zylinderkopfhaube und abschliessend die vier Schrauben die den oben Zylinderkopfdeckel halten. (Achtung: die WIS schreibt hier vor die Wasserleitung von der Wasserpumpe zum Heizungszulauf zu demontieren - braucht man aber gar nicht, denn nach anlösen der Inbusschraube kann man die Leitung vorsichtig die entscheidenden Millimeter anheben und die unterste Schraube des Deckel herausziehen) <br><br />
Den finalen Ausbau des Deckels führt man mit leichten Schlägen (von Richtung Fahrzeugheck nach vorne) mittels Gummihammer auf den Deckel durch. (hierbei aufpassen das man nicht die Steuerkette berührt!) <br />
